In addition to the many sport-specific team-trained programs we offer, we also offer VertiMax individual training. The VertiMax is a resisted jump trainer used to improve lower body reactive power. Research shows that the combination of heavy resistance high speed training done on the VertiMax stimulates neuromuscular adaptation and promotes maximum strength, power and acceleration. With the combination of traditional SportsmetricsTM injury prevention training, VertiMax resisted jump training and high intensity strength training, gives athletes the edge they need to beat the competition.

Like the other programs, VertiMax training should be done prior to the start of the sports season. VertiMax training is specific to the sport and individualized to the athlete. It can be performed two or three non-consecutive days of the week, depending on the athletes needs. The entire training session includes the traditional jump training for injury prevention, resisted jumps, speed and acceleration training, resistance training and flexibility.

Package options
